Annie D’s Cookies, named after my late mother Annie Dell, is a new company specializing in gluten free cookie mixes. The idea of my company was borne of my ongoing digestive health issues. One day I had a craving for a good cookie, preferably gluten free, so I went to the market and purchased several varieties.
